Robert J. Gold, Chief Financial Officer

Bob
Gold oversees financing and business process development for UPG. He
has responsibility for the financial records of the corporation
including treasury, financial reporting, cost accounting and taxes,
financial planning and investor relations. With over 20 years
experience in corporate finance he has managed acquisitions and
acquisitions integrations as well as complex international and domestic
organizations.
He joined UPG in 2006 after a year of
consulting for Itec Corporation, a development stage company in the
recycling industry where he negotiated acquisitions and participated in
raising equity financing. Prior to that Mr. Gold was CFO of Jolly
Gardener Corporation, a private equity held roll up in the lawn and
garden business. Mr. Gold also held various leadership positions in
finance and general management within the Danaher Corporation where he
managed several acquisitions and divestitures and led Danaher’s
Election Systems Division. He also held financial positions with the
FMC Corporation and Rohm and Haas Corporation.
He holds an MBA and a BS Business Administration from Drexel University in Philadelphia.
Matthew Langton, Vice President, Sales & Marketing

Matt Langton joined UPG in 2002 in his current position. He manages
direct sales teams and provides strategic sales and marketing
leadership. He has been instrumental in standardizing core business
processes, cross-functional team development and honed UPG's customer
relationship methods.
Mr. Langton has
streamlined cost estimating and led growth by some US$ 80 million
annually. He is skilled in managing business initiatives across
multiple locations.
He has been vice
president of operations for Communications & Commerce LLC (Salt
Lake City), a manager of customer care facilities, director of
operations, channel care division of Telespectrum Worldwide, Inc., a
customer relationship management group, and DialAmerica Marketing,
Inc., a tele-service provider.
He holds a BS in Industrial Management, Carnegie-Mellon University.
Dave Mongiat, Director of Corporate Human Resources

Dave
Mongiat is in charge of human resource development at UPG. He oversees
recruitment of top talent as well as handling general HR activities and
training initiatives. He is key in developing effective teams of
individually high-performing members, focusing on empowerment and open
communications.
He has managed human
resources activities in a broad range of industries, including Equity
Residential Properties, Avco Financial Services, Kraft Food Service,
CertainTeed Corp., and General Motors.
Mr. Mongiat holds an MS in Organizational Development from Johns
Hopkins, an MBA in Human Resources from Keller Graduate School
(Chicago) and a BS in Business Administration, Marquette University
(Milwaukee).
Tom Opielowski, Vice President Asia, Chairman UPG China

Tom
Opielowski holds the responsibility for UPG's three operations in Asia,
including business development and future growth in China. In 2005 he
led the completion of the company's third manufacturing facility in
China, UPG Suzhou EPZ. The 115,000 sq. ft. (10,600 sq. m.) facility is
currently undergoing ISO 13485, 9001 and TS16949 certification and FDA
registration.
Since joining UPG in 2000,
Mr. Opielowski has been general manager of two UPG facilities and vice
president of global engineering and program management. He brings
extensive international experience, with long tenures in Mexico and
Asia.
Prior to UPG, Mr. Opielowski was
general manager of Nypro San Diego, and director of manufacturing and
previously, plant manager for Precise Technology, Inc.
He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering, Penn State, and has done
postgraduate work at Wake Forest University, Dartmouth College,
University of Wisconsin and Purdue University.
Chris Sigmon, Vice President of Operations

Chris
Sigmon is responsible for new program launches globally, including
siting and relocation activities, plant resource allocations and
team-based operational initiatives. He is in charge of all facility
purchase and leasing, and manages UPG's quality and Six Sigma programs
worldwide, comprised of more than 24 continuous improvement teams at
all sites. His teams have cut customer concerns dramatically, have made
mold changeover twice as fast as prior methods, and have on average
achieved 97% on-time delivery.
He has
been plant manager for Rexam, a beverage can producer, and director of
operations for Diesel Technology, manufacturer of fuel injection
systems and a joint venture between Bosch and Penske. He has also
worked at ITT Automotive (Auburn Hills, Mich.)
Mr.
Sigmon holds a BA in Industrial Relations, University of North
Carolina, Chapel Hill, and is a Six Sigma certified black belt coach
and certified QS-9000 lead auditor.
